PN Metrics
PN Metrics v2
A behavior-focused operational view for the PN team — coverage, speed, movement, barriers, and pipeline health. Conversion charts live on the existing PN Performance tab; this tab does not duplicate them.
All consult → treatment rates here use Definition C — Show-only (CLAUDE.md): denominator = distinct leads with appointment_status = 'Occurred' consultations in the period; numerator = of those leads, any later Treatment Won (Wellness Plan excluded). Recent months will appear low until the cohort matures.
The English/Spanish filter is wired but currently inert — Close does not yet expose a per-lead language field. Filed as a follow-up.
Coverage
How well are PNs reaching out to assigned leads?
Open-lead touch recency (snapshot)
"Open" = close_lead.status_label is Potential, Interested, or Qualified, AND lead created in the last 30 days.
Summary — Conversion view
Conversion-rate charts kept here for one-stop comparison. Same date range and PN filter as everything above. "Reached" = lead with 1+ call ≥3 min OR 3+ inbound texts.
Daily touch volume
Reach rate (long call OR ≥3 inbound SMS) is shown in the Summary — Conversion view section below.
Speed
How fast are PNs first reaching out and replying?
Movement
Are PNs qualifying leads and pushing them toward consultation?
How well does each PN's qualification predict an Occurred consult?
Of leads each PN marked with a given outcome, the % that later had an Occurred consultation. High Proceed rate = PN is correctly identifying real-intent leads. Non-zero Not interested / Unqualified rates = PN may have written off leads who came back.
Time to consultation
Cohort: leads marked "Proceed to Clinical Consultation" in their lead-qualification record, excluding leads who paid the consult fee before the qualification was filed (drops the self-serve / Bot Bariendo workflow where the bot stamps qualifications post-payment). Days are measured from the qualification timestamp to the $50 consult-fee payment. Recent periods will appear low because the 10-day window hasn't elapsed for newly-qualified leads.
Barriers
Barrier metrics — these are not PN-attributable; they capture friction outside PN control.
Why qualifications end the way they do
Both bars are 100% of all qualifications filed in the period. The colored slices show the share of qualifications that fell into each Not-Interested or Unqualified sub-reason; the grey "other outcome" slice covers everything that wasn't that outcome (so each bar reaches 100%).
SMS error rate is currently not surfaced in this dashboard.
Consult → Payment pipeline health
How long does it take to close after the consult? All metrics use Definition C — denominator = Occurred consultations; numerator = same leads with later Treatment Won (Wellness Plan excluded). Attribution: lead's assigned PN.
